It's 2017, and MJM celebrates 35 years in the commercial real estate industry.
The 1980's saw Michael complete his Associate Diploma of Valuation & Real Estate Agency Certificate at the old Sydney Tech College...now the University of Technology. From there Michael worked for commercial property owners, developers & agents before heading overseas to work in London.
The 1990's were spent with Hillier Parker & Grosvenor Properties in London before returning home to work in the industrial & commercial markets including boarding houses & liquor stores.
Michael set up MJM Property Group in the mid 1990's as a boutique consulting, valuation & agency business to use his experience to offer a wide range of services & skills to a wide range of clients including tenants & owner occupiers plus a wide range of investors.
The advisory section of the business has expanded to include rental review valuations, outgoings auditing, land use surveys and tenant representation.
And in 2015 due to demand from clients, MJM decided to add a Property Management arm to the business, as a service to large & private Commercial/Retail/Industrial property owners with great success.
Our clients are varied and range from family run businesses, Property Trusts to major institutions & high net worth individuals.
